Allow Car to charge at lower amps

Some chargers are smart and allow for dynamic charge from solar excess.

With a minimum of 6amps on a 220volt supply that means 1.3 kwH excess solar is required to be 100% green.

Reducing the required minimum amps to as low as 1amp could mean more excess solar is reused for car charging.  even a 3amp would reduce the excess solar requirement to only 660 watts helping to be 100% green in winter where lower solar output is produced.
