disable TPMS in Canada
TPMS is not required by law in Canada.
Add an option to disable it, since by law here, we are required to run 2 sets of tires (summer and winter). Having TPMS always on is very annoying.

Be nice if dash cam would record from all cameras.
Also be nice to clear footage from the car itself directly without having to look for a computer while on the road.
Activating and using the Wipers requires too many touches and is a distraction to driving requiring the driver's eyes to be on the touch screen instead of the road ahead.
Our garage has quite a low ceiling, so we had to reduce the max opening height of the power liftgate of our Model Y.
Install microphones in all Tesla cars previous to Model S and X 2021, in order to provide the whole fleet with a similar feature as active noise cancelling.
Tesla is currently using defective or low-quality water pumps for the cooling system of their latest 2021 Model Y and Model 3 model cars.
It'd be nice to have a symbol show up on side mirrors for a blind spot warning. Our 2.5 year old Chevy Bolt had this and it seems like most newer cars on the road have it as well.
The heated steering wheel is now such a common feature among higher end vehicles, there's no reason why the model 3 shouldn't have one too! So useful in the winter, and also more energy efficient using that plus heated seats instead of cranking up the climate system.
Size and shape of model 3 is perfect for me. It's just the fixed rear shelf that handicaps.
I don't need the over all bigger body of the model Y, paid with less range, more consumption, higher price, just to make the trunk more useful.
I know that transparent solar panels are in development. Putting some of them into the big glass roof would have three big benefits.
On many Public 3rd Party Chargers it would be more convenient to have an additional charge port on the Co-Driver side of the car.
Especially
Add a 2nd charge port on the other side!
ok, most cars have a foot-kick-sensor to open the trunk handsfree. The most Tesla-like way would still be an outside voice command. But if not, a substitute would be to place/model the trunk opening button so you can activate it e.g. with elbow or knee.
If the autopilot is enabled the driver has to move the steering wheel slightly to show that he is still present. This is super annoying and outdated. I think it is even dangerous to move the steering wheel because it might disable the autopilot and change driving directions i.e.
To give you background, I live in Prague/Czech Republic and currently don’t have my own wallbox. DC infra is growing but not exactly ubiquitous. But local utility company started putting 22kW AC chargers on trafostation and they are growing them rapidly.
After I park, I always want the mirrors to fold to avoid anyone bumping them. Having to add the location to every location seems overkill. Also please don't fold the mirrors until I am parked. Right now when I am pulling into my driveway my mirrors start to fold. Then I have to back in withou
The fix is simple, add or relocate USB ports to the glove box, front trunk, or some other secured location that can not be accessed without access to the vehicle controls.
It would be nice if we had optional far-UVC interior lights. Far UVC light, which has a wavelength in the range of 205 to 230 nm, cannot damage human cells. But these wavelengths can kill viruses and bacteria, in the air or on surfaces.
Teslas are really quiet but road noise is kind of loud. Especially on the highway. Using its awesome speakers, and microphones, if Teslas could produce a sound wave inside, that is opposite to the road noise, It would make the cabin much quieter.
Tesla should upgrade the headlights of their cars to Digital Pixel Headlights, so that you can drive with "full/high beams" on even with incoming traffic.
Well, a tire subscription. Ideally Tesla would buy out a tire manufacturer, improve their margins, and offer Tesla owners a chance to get fresh tires economically whenever it's time (especially if Tesla figures out a remote wear indicator).
offer a 15’ extension cable to allow nose in SuperCharging. When towing it can be a real pain to unhook a trailer so you can back in to charge. Double the pain as one’s range is effectively cut in half when towing.
Tesla app should give full report on windows or door status.
It happened a few times that we came back to the car and found out that windows were not completely closed.
Additional: feature on app to close windows with audiable alert for safety reason
Most, if not all modern pickups with backup cameras mount it on the tailgate, typically near the handle or brand logo. When the tailgate is down all you see is your license plate and the ground directly under the tailgate.
